Kadaisi Vivasayi is a Tamil drama movie and the director of this film was M. Manikandan. The movie has produces by Subaskaran Allirajah under the banner of Lyca Productions. The movie starring an old farmer named Nallandi in the lead role and Vijay Sethupathi makes an extending special appearance along with Yogi Babu.

The movie Kadaisi Vivasayi soundtrack is composing Ilayaraja and the background score has done by Sam. C S V Manikandan and Ajithkumar are cinematographers and editors respectively. Ayananka Bose is the additional cinematographer for the movie. His fourth movie, Kadaisi Vivasyi, has been on the market for so many years.

Movie Plot:

The movie story revolves around the relationship between an innocent farmer Nallandi and his son Vijay Sethupthi. Apart from directing the film, Manikandan also producing it and the cinematography. The song’s lyrics and music were providing Ilaiyaraaja. Kadaisi Vivasayi is about an older farmer, for whom there is no lifestyle, only farming. The plot revolves around a village that is organizing a festival for its deity.

They need some rice that was grown in the village to offer to the deity but realizes no one is into farming there. So, they end up at the doors of a small farmer, the lone farmer in the village. After that is what the film is all about,” director Manikandan had told us in the latest interview. Nallandi, a debutant with no background in acting, will be playing the main role of the farmer while Vijay Sethupathi will seem like a character called Ramaiah, a Muruga bhaktan.

Release Date Details:

Kadaisi Vivasayi has scheduled to release in 2020 but it was postponed due to the second wave of Corona. Keeping the pandemic in mind, many big films from the industry decided to have an OTT release. So then the movie releasing date will announce on 10 Nov 2021.
